Production Department Profile
The Production Department of Shenhe Technology consists of three main workshops: the Mold Manufacturing Workshop, the Injection Molding Workshop, and the Assembly Workshop.
Our production management strictly follows the ISO Quality Management System and implements refined control across the five key manufacturing elements: Man, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment (5M1E). Production schedules are executed according to detailed production plans, operators perform every task in accordance with standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all products are inspected in strict compliance with established quality standards. Every stage of manufacturing is carried out through standardized production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
